Early access privacy

This notice covers the MyAssessments launch website and its request-access form.

What you share

The form asks for your email address so we can contact you about MyAssessments early access. It does not create an account, accept assignment files or take payments.

Where requests go

Access requests are handled through Netlify Forms and are available to the people managing MyAssessments. Netlify also processes technical request information to host the site and help filter spam. See Netlify’s privacy notice for its handling of this information.

How we use your email

We use the email you submit to manage access requests and contact you about invitations. Requesting access is optional. We do not sell your email or use this form to sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Changing your mind

You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your access request by replying to an email we send you. We keep requests for the early-access programme and delete them when no longer needed for that purpose.

Site storage

The public launch page does not use advertising trackers or create a local account. The hosting provider may keep technical logs for operating and protecting the service.
